St Rynagh's last won the title in 2016 and will be bidding for their 18th title.
In Laois the decider is one of the most eagerly awaited in many years as last years' losing finalists Rathdowney/Errill will be looking for their 6th title and first since 2014.
Borris in Ossory/Kilcotton won the title in 2016 and are looking for their second title as an amalgamation on Sunday.
