The duo have decided against a third season as joint managers.
Danny McGarvey and Brían Ó'Ruairc have stepped back from their roles as joint managers of the Offaly Ladies Intermediate football team.
The announcement came from Offaly LGFA on Monday evening in which they thanked the duo for their work over the previous two years.
The pair led Offaly to Division 4 success in 2022, as well as retaining the team's status in both Division 3 and the Intermediate grade this season.
It wasn't an easy season for the team as they suffered three defeats in the group stages which led to a relegation play off in which they were too strong for Longford.
Offaly LGFA will now begin the process of appointing a new management team.
