Athlone are heading to Limerick in a couple of weeks to begin the defence of their title.
Athlone Town will face Treaty United in this year's Women's FAI Cup quarter-finals.
The midlanders received a bye in the first round on account of being the defending champions.
Treaty won their place in the last eight by beating junior outfit Ferns United 9-0.
The stand-out tie is the meeting of Dublin rivals Shelbourne and Shamrock Rovers.
Elsewhere, Cork City host Bohemians, and DLR Waves are at home to Sligo Rovers.
All four games will played on the week ending August 25th.
