Details of Athlone Town's FAI Cup third contest with Waterford have been released.
The midlanders will be on the road to take on the Premier Division outfit at the RSC on Friday August 16th with kick off set for 7.45pm.
Dario Castelo's side were winners last time out in league action, picking up a valuable three points away to Cobh Ramblers.
Leonardo Gaxha scored his first goal for Athlone to give his side the lead in Cork.
However Matthew McKevitt had the scores level at the break with his 27th minute strike with a fine solo effort.
Another new Town signing, Kyle Robinson stole in at the back post in the 89th minute to secure a dramatic win.
Athlone return to action in the First Division at home to Kerry on Friday.
