Dolan Refutes Complacency Charge After Provincial Exit

Westmeath led Louth by 1-9 to 0-4 at half time.

"That's Football" is Dessie Dolan's reaction to Westmeath's defeat after they led Louth by 9 points at half time in TEG Cusack Park.

Dolan saw his side let go of the substantial lead over the course of a poor second half in which Westmeath scored just two points yesterday.

Mickey Harte's Louth team march on to play Offaly in the Leinster Football Semi-Final this Sunday, while last year's Tailteann Cup winners will get to compete in the All Ireland series after the provincial campaigns conclude.

The Lake County manager says it wasn't complacency at play in their ultimate defeat, it was a combination of factors from the game:
