The county's ladies' team is going through a generational turnover.
It's all change in Laois as the O'Moore County begins their league campaign this weekend.
Donie Brennan, who led the county to an Intermediate All Ireland title and promotion to the senior ranks, resigned in July.
While a large number of the playing contingent who brought recent success to Laois have moved on from the panel as well.
Tommy Deveraux and Billy Kiernan are now joint managers over a young and inexperienced panel.
The pair have named Clodagh Dunne (Ballyroan) as captain for 2024, with Timahoe's Mo Nerney and Andrea Moran of Ballyroan named as vice captains.
