That's Offaly Chairperson Michael Duignan speaking out in support of Declan Kelly as he moves from being the county's sole manager to working jointly with Mickey Harte.
Progress at senior football level has been slow coming with the Faithful County struggling to escape Division Three of the league, and delivering disappointing performances and results in championship action.
Kelly took over last year and struggled to deliver a positive change to the style of football played or the results achieved.
The arrival of a three time All Ireland winner into that situation could create a difficult dynamic between the two managers, but Duignan is certain he's got the right men for the job:
