Laois' Eimear Corri makes her first competitive start, with fellow Laois player Leah Tarpey being named as a substitute.
Clara's Aoife Dalton keeps her place at inside centre.
The other two changes sees Nicole Fowley and Aoibheann Reilly replacing Dannah O'Brien and Molly Scuffil- McCabe.
Kick off on Saturday from the Sevens Stadium in Dubai is at 2:00pm Irish time.
