It looks like F2 star Alex Dunne is close to securing a move to the Alpine Academy.
The Offaly man was spotted taking part in this week’s Barcelona Formula 2 test sporting Alpine colours.
Dunne is set to stay on at Rodin Motorsport in Formula 2 as he works towards collecting the results necessary for his Super Licence, which are required to secure a seat in F1.
The Clonbullogue man finished second during the morning session yesterday, before securing a seventh place finish during the afternoon session.
