A win on Friday and a potential cup tie with a League of Ireland giant is in the offing for two midlands clubs.
Willow Park travel to Dublin on Friday evening to take on St Patrick's CYFC in the preliminary round of the FAI Men's Senior Cup.
That game gets underway at 7.30pm.
On the same day, Portlaoise AFC play host to Usher Celtic Football Club from 7.45pm.
