Bressie Still Has Huge Love For Football

The musician looks back positively on his time as a footballer.

Bressie is recounting fond memories of his time as an inter-county footballer. 

He's describing himself as "a gaelic player, not a rugby player".

The Westmeath man is looking forward to this weekend's Electric Ireland All Ireland Minor football semi finals between Leinster holders Dublin who dispatched Offaly in the provincial semi finals and Derry, while Kerry face Monaghan.

The Blizzards frontman played Minor, U21 and Senior football for his county as well as being a professional rugby player for both Leinster and the Ireland U21s.
