Westmeath departed the Intermediate All Ireland Championship at the quarter final stage this year.
Westmeath Ladies Football are on the look out for a new manager.
Michael Finneran has stood down from the role in advance of the 2024 season, after spending two years over the Lake County.
Finneran oversaw a mixed campaign this year, finishing fourth in Division Two of the Lidl National Football League and exiting the All Ireland Intermediate Championship at the Quarter Final stages with defeat to the eventual beaten finalists, Clare.
The county's footballers had previously suffered relegation from Division One, and had dropped from Senior down to Intermediate status.
Westmeath Ladies have stated their gratitude for the work of him and his team.
