Offaly closing down Antrim in Edenderry

Greg Farrelly's side turned a two point half time deficit in to a full time five point win.

Goals change games and the Offaly ladies football team are looking to create pressure through direct play.

The Faithful County picked up their first win of the National Football League campaign in Edenderry on Sunday after they emerged 5-4 to 2-8 winners over Antrim.

Despite trailing by two points at the break, a Roisin Cockram hat trick helped Offaly to a convincing victory.

Captain Ellee McEvoy and substitute Emma Hand also raised the green flag for Greg Farrelly's side.
