The GAA has announced the fixture details for the coming weeks, with this clash of local rivals fixed for a 4pm start in Dublin.
That will be preceded by the meeting of Sligo and Cavan in the other semi-final.
Offaly had 15 points to spare over New York on Saturday, while Westmeath advanced after a 1-21 to 2-13 win over Carlow on Sunday.
Westmeath Manager, Jack Cooney, is pleased to get the chance to return to Croke Park.
Croke Park will also host a double header of All Ireland football qualifiers this Saturday, when Clare play Roscommon and Mayo face Kildare.
On Sunday, Cork face Limerick in Pairc Ui Chaoimh, while Armagh take on Donegal in Clones.
