Mullingar's Aoife Dalton and Laois' Eimear Corri and Leah Tarpey all start for Tania Rosser's side, while Tullamore's Ailsa Hughes is named on the bench.
The only change from the win over Munster last weekend is fly-half Dannah O’Brien starting in place of Nikki Caughey.
