34 players will take part in a two day training camp.
Four Offaly women have been named in the Ireland squad for their Six Nations matches against Italy and France next month.
Nichola Fryday is amongst the forwards while Ailsa Hughes, Michelle Claffey and Shannon Touhey are named in the back line.
Tuohy is one of three potential debutantes selected.
In total, 34 players have been chosen to take part in a two-day training camp this weekend ahead of the fixtures.
The big news overall is that Claire Molloy in the squad, the former Ireland captain took a year out to focus on her medical career.
69-times-capped flanker Molloy will initially link up with the group for the two-day camp.
