The midlands pair started Sunday's contest
Ireland will take on France in the World Rugby Under-20 Championship final on Friday.
Westmeath's Ronan Foxe and Ballinasloe's john Devine helped their side beat hosts South Africa 31-12 in their semi-final yesterday while the French got the better of England.
Former Tullamore RFC players Foxe packed down in the front row for his first start of the competition after making telling impacts from the bench in previous rounds.
Devine has been a fixture at inside centre for Richie Murphy's side.
The ex-buccaneers back started alongside Connacht's Hugh Gavin in Cape Town yesterday.
