The appointments were made at last night's County Convention.
Frank Mescall has been elected as Chairperson of Westmeath GAA.
He'll be replacing the outgoing Billy Foley, who's stepping down after three years in the role.
Donie Malone takes over from Mescall as vice-chair, having previously served as PRO for three years.
The other appointments at last night's virtual County Convention include:
Pat Reilly as Secretary,
Damian Maher has stepped down assistant secretary and is replaced by Brendan Shaw,
and James Savage has been elected Treasurer.
The position of PRO was not been filled last night as the only nominee was Brendan Shaw who was previously elected assistant secretary.
Clubs have been asked to nominate potential candidates, with the position now set to be filled in January.
