Westmeath play Laois in their re-arranged Allianz National Football League division two encounter at TEG Cusack Park Mullingar at 2pm that Saturday.
The following day Offaly travel to Semple Stadium to take on Tipperary in division three at 1 O'Clock.
7 days later Laois meet Dublin in the Leinster Hurling Championship quarter-finals, with Offaly and Westmeath beginning their Christy Ring and Joe McDonagh cup campiagn's on the 25th of October.
The Leinster Football Championship starts in November.
Offaly face Carlow at 1:30 on Sunday the 1st in a venue yet to be confirmed.
The following weekend, Westmeath face Dublin at 6:15 on Saturday the 7th.
While 24 hours later, Laois will meet the winners of Louth and Longford and Offaly could be back in action against Kildare if they are successful.
