Galway Travel To Mullingar With All Ireland Ambitions

Dessie Dolan's side will be hoping to produce one of the upsets of the year on Sunday.

The Westmeath footballers take on Galway in the second round of their All Ireland series this weekend knowing they're in need of a win in one of their last two group games.

After defeat to Armagh last time out, Dessie Dolan's side face the Connacht champions in Mullingar.

It's a repeat of last year's meeting between the two sides when Galway ran out eight point winners despite Westmeath playing well up to the final quarter of the game.

Galway were impressive in beating Derry in their first outing this year.
