Cheltenham Gold Cup-winning trainer Tom Taaffe has announced his retirement.
He began his training career in 1994, with his career highlight seeing Kicking King win the 2005 Gold Cup.
Kicking King was also twice a winner of the King George-the-sixth Chase at Kempton.
Taaffe will continue to be involved in sales and breeding.
