Tullamore's Grainne Walsh and Mullingar's Patsy Joyce both landed bronze medals at the World Boxing Championship.
Walsh came home with a medal in the 65kg after defeat in the semi-finals to Aida Abikeyeva of Kazakhstan.
Meanwhile, Joyce also landed a bronze medal in the 55kg, with Spain's Rafael Lozano Serrano securing a spot in the final.
Roscommon's Aoife O'Rourke secured a gold medal in Liverpool yesterday after claiming victory with a unanimous win over Busra Isildar of Turkey.
It means O'Rourke joins her sister Lisa in winning gold at a World Championships.
