Two hills in Laois will play a significant role in determining the outcome of Rás Na mBan. 

The peleton travels 104kms through Crettyard, Stradbally, Mountmellick, Portlaiose, finishing in the Slieve Blooms. 

Abi Smith from the GB National Team is the current race leader after the opening two stages.
