Pat O'Sullivan is the new chairperson of the Laois Ladies football.
Laois Ladies football has a new chairperson.
Park/Ratheniska man Pat O'Sullivan has taken on the role heading in to the new year.
His decision to take up the position was after two Extraordinary General Meetings failed to produce a candidate for the position and administration of the county's ladies' football would be taken over by Leinster Council.
O'Sullivan had previously been chair of the Park/Ratheniska, as well managemer of the club's senior teams, as well as managing Sarsfields Ladies.
He worked as selector for the Laois Senior ladies, and part of the management team that won the All Ireland Minor B Championship.
O'Sullivan says serving the players of Laois will be his main priority.
He tells Midlands 103's David Hollywood about his thoughts after taking on the role:
