Two players have been ruled out.
The Ireland rugby squad has been dealt a major blow ahead of the Six Nations Championship opener against Wales.
Number eight Caelan Doris has been suffering with "symptoms that could be associated with concussion" according to an IRFU update.
Doris' return date is unknown while lock Quinn Roux is also out out of Sunday's trip to Cardiff due to a neck injury.
Ireland head coach Andy Farrell looks set to have first-choice outhalf Jonathan Sexton available after he recovered from a minor hamstring issue.
Munster back row Gavin Coombes and Leinster lock Ryan Baird will train with the Ireland squad this week.
