They defeated Wales 45-0.

Ireland have beaten Wales 45-0 in the Women's Six Nations in Cardiff.

Eimear Considine, Beibhinn Parsons, Dorothy Wall and Hannah Tyrell all crossed the line for the visitors.

Offaly's Nichola Fryday had a strong showing in the second row before being replaced after 57 minutes of the contest.

All eyes now turn to a much more stern test with France next weekend.

In the other contest, England scored nine tries in their 67-3 victory over Italy.
