Ireland Qualify For T20 Cricket World Cup

They will compete in the USA and the West Indies next summer.

The Irish men's cricketers have qualified for next summer's T20 Cricket World Cup.

Their qualifier against Germany was abandoned due to rain resulting in the points being shared. 

Ireland had already secured four wins in qualifying before today's match against Italy, Denmark, Austria, and Jersey. 

They face hosts Scotland in Grange Cricket Club tomorrow at 3.30pm, with the winner of that game deciding who wins the tournament outright.
