Irish Grand National Winner Aims To Retain Midlands Title

Freewheelin Dylan is one of 14 runners declared for the 2021 AXA Midlands National.

Fourteen runners will take their chance in the 2021 AXA Midlands National.

Last year's winner and Irish Grand National Hero Freewheelin Dylan heads the weight for this year's renewal which takes place at 7.35pm.  

Denise Foster saddles four, Noel Meade two while Henry de Bromhead and Jessica Harrington will also have chances. 

Ciaran Murphy represents local hopes, with course and distance winner Jack Hackett taking his chance under Conor Orr.

General Manager Paddy Dunican is excited by the evening's action:
