"It's Amazing" - Laois Camogie Captain Thanks Fundraiser Supporters

The O'Moore County are in All Ireland final action next week.

The GAA community in Laois has raised over €7,000 to help send the county camogie team to Croke Park next week.

The O'Moore County booked their place in the All Ireland Intermediate Championship Final after wins over Down and Kerry in the quarter and semi finals this season.

However Laois Camogie says competing at All Ireland level brings significant costs.

They've put the call out to businesses and GAA fans to help the team fund travel and preparation along with match-day expenses.

Team captain Aimee Collier says the support gives each player a boost:

Laois play Antrim in the Intermediate final at GAA HQ on Sunday week.
