It'll be his first fight in six months.
Joe Ward has confirmed his next opponent.
He'll take on unbeaten American Tory 'The Humble Beast' Williams in Madison Square Garden next month.
The Moate man's last fight was a win over Californian Marco Delgado in March.
Finally, the return of boxing in New York in front of a live audience, on August 3, @TheGarden. Thrilled to be promoting this historic moment, on a card rich in NY talent, including @ChrisAlgieri vs. @MIKK_JAGGER. #boxing #TrillerVerzuz #TrillerFightClub @triller @DiBellaEnt... pic.twitter.com/jdMyVwRWRk

The fight will take place on August 3rd with Ward currently in quarantine ahead of the bout.
It'll be the first professional boxing card in New York since the pandemic put an end to live indoor events.
It's also a return to the scene of his freak knee injury during his pro debut back in 2019.
Plenty of demons for Joe Ward to overcome in this one.
