John Heslin Potential Absentee For Westmeath Ahead Of League Opener

The St Loman's man was in imperious form through his club's county and Leinster campaign.

Westmeath may have to do without their talismanic forward heading in to their league opener against Offaly this weekend.

It's believed John Heslin may have work commitments that will take him away from the panel at this time of year.

Elsewhere Westmeath will be without Midfielder Sam Duncan who is taking a year out to travel, while Ray Connellan picked up an injury during the O'Byrne Cup campaign.
