Kelly Calls Out Offaly Errors After Waterford Defeat

The Faithful County went blow for blow with Waterford for 70 minutes on Sunday.

Johnny Kelly is counting the cost of inaccuracy after watching his Offaly side fall to an opening day defeat in Division One of the Allianz National Hurling.

On their return to the top flight, last year's Division 2A champions competed well with Davy Fitzgerald's Waterford in Tullamore on Sunday.

The concession of three goals in five first half minutes ultimately took Offaly out of the game.

Two of which were scored in a 60 second period following a calamity of errors.

The final score in Glenisk O'Connor Park was Waterford 3-20 Offaly 0-17.
