Laois athlete Nessa Millet will be part of two Irish international relay squads during the upcoming season.
Athletics Ireland recently announced the squad list for the Senior Women's 4x400 and Mixed 4x400 teams and she's been included in both for the second year in succession.
It puts her in with a chance of making it on the plane to the re-scheduled Tokyo Olympics if Ireland can achieve the qualifying time.
The 26 year-old lives and trains in the UK but still competes for Crettyard based St. Abban's Athletic Club.
Millet runs both the 400m and 400 hurdles but she says her focus is on the former this year:
