Laois Endure Senior Struggle While Offaly And Laois Win In Intermediate

Offaly and Westmeath enjoyed victories over Louth and Wicklow respectively.

Laois had a difficult return to Senior Championship football in their ladies Leinster meeting with Dublin on Sunday.

The final score between the two sides was 3-14 to 0-3.

Hannah Tyrrell, Carla Rowe and Kate Sullivan hit the goals for the Dubs while Erone Fitzpatrick, Eva Galvin, and Ellen Healy landed the O'Moore County's three points.

Elsewhere, in the Leinster Intermediate Football Championship Offaly were 1-11 to 2-6 winners over Louth, and Westmeath beat Wicklow by 1-8 to 1-4.
