Laois Hoping To Secure Semi-Final Spot In Clash With Meath

The O'Moore County are travelling to Ashbourne today.

Laois travel to Ashbourne today in the quarter-final of the Eirgrid Leinster under-20 Football Championship.

The O'Moore County will be looking to keep the momentum going after securing a 100% win rate in the group stages, when they take on Meath this evening.

Last time out, Laois were convincing 2-12 to 0-6 winners over Wicklow.

Manager Kieran Kelly has named his Laois side to face Meath tomorrow on Tuesday April 16th at 7.30pm in Donoughmore Ashbourne GAA Centre, Meath for the Quarter Final of the Leinster U20 Football Championship.

This evening's hosts, who's victory over Westmeath in the group phase secured their passage to the quarters, are warning those travelling to the game of a road closure:

Supporters attending this evening's @EirGrid @gaaleinster U-20 FC 1/4 final against @CLGLaois are advised that the road out to the N2 at the Pillo Hotel roundabout will be closed from 20:00.

Darver hosts the clash of Louth and Wicklow, and both of those games throw-in at 7.30.
