Andrea Moran will be hoping to captain the county to a first All Ireland success in three years.
The Laois Ladies Football captain feels her side learned a lot about themselves in their previous two games.
Andrea Moran is set to lead her side out for the All Ireland Intermediate Final this Sunday as they take on Ulster side Tyrone at Croke Park.
Laois were forced to come through a stern test in extra time against Wexford before scoring five goals in the semi final with Monaghan.
Moran says the two games were different in good ways.
She says the team have shown composure when seeing games out:
Throw in is at 1:45pm in Croke Park on Sunday.
