Tipperary lie in wait for the O'Moore County after the weekend's semi-finals.
Laois are into an All Ireland final after the county's camogie players enjoyed a six point win over Cavan in Meath on Saturday.
The O'Moore County led for much of their Premier Junior Championship contest despite conceding an unfortunate early goal to Roisin O'Keefe.
Laois and Aimee Collier responded impressively with an instant 1-1 in reply, helping the midlands county to a double scores half-time lead of 2-8 to 1-4.
Cavan roared back into the game midway through the second half with two quickfire goals from O'Keefe and Emma Plunkett.
Laois surged back with six unanswered points to regain control of the semi-final and see out a 2-16 to 3-7 victory in Ashbourne.
Joint Laois manager Robert Jones says his team are happy to be competing for an All Ireland title.
After the game, he spoke to Midlands 103's Pat O'Sullivan:
Laois will meet Tipperary in that Premier Junior All Ireland decider on Sunday August 11th in Croke Park.
