The Tailteann Cup preliminary quarter finals take place this weekend.
The Laois senior footballers answered a lot of questions in their dramatic last minute victory over Offaly, according to their manager Justin McNulty.
The O'Moore County's late converted penalty from the boot of Mark Barry secured a championship win over the midlands rivals in the Tailteann Cup on Saturday.
The final score was 3-18 to 3-16.
Their reward for that win is another midlands derby this weekend, this time against Westmeath.
McNulty says his players already know what's needed to progress:
Laois take on Westmeath from 5pm on Saturday.
