Laois Progress To Next Round Of Tailteann Cup

Justin McNulty's side will now face London in two weeks.

Laois Football Manager Justin McNulty says his side showed "character" in their victory over Wicklow on Sunday. 

The O'Moore County secured their place in the winners section of the Tailteann Cup with a 1-23 to 0-19 win, where they will now face London away from home.

Evan O'Carroll was outstanding throughout, scoring 1-6, while Pa Kirwan, Ronan Coffey and goalkeeper Matthew Byron also contributed important scores, including two-pointers.
