The Heath will be looking to bounce back against Graiguecullen next time out.
Killeshin got off to a winning start in the Laois Senior Football Championship on Saturday.
Kieran Kelly's side kicked four of the final five points in their encounter against The Heath as they claimed a 1-16 to 2-11 win in O'Moore Park.
The win means that Killeshin will now face Arles-Killeen in round two of the winner's section, while The Heath will take on Graiguecullen from the loser's section.
