The two semi-final games will take place this Sunday in O'Moore Park.
The first game this weekend sees reigning champions Portarlington aiming to book their place in the final for the fifth time in six years.
Pat Roe's side take on Graiguecullen, who defeated Killeshin 3-11 to 0-16 in the quarter finals.
The last time Graiguecullen were finalists was in 2020.
