Cathal Delahunty's team were four points better than Camross.
''We're happy with how we played against Camross and it's something to build on for the next day''.
Those are the thoughts of Borris In Ossory/Kilcotton manager Cathal Delahunty after he watched his side secure a 2-23 to 2-19 win over Camross on Sunday in the Laois Senior Hurling Championship.
Despite the four point win, Borris In Ossory have finished bottom of their group and will have to face The Harps in a relegation play off.
Speaking after the game, Delahunty says it was good to get back to winning ways:
Elsewhere, Abbeyleix St Lazarians were 2-20 to 2-10 winners over Castletown.
In Group A, reigning champions Clough/Ballacolla had a 2-28 to 0-22 win against Rosenallis, and Rathdowney/Erill made it three wins from three thanks to their 3-23 to 2-22 win over The Harps to seal top spot.
