Both side's came through their respective semi-finals on Sunday.
Clough Ballacolla survived a major scare from Ballinakill, eventually winning 3-23 to 0-23 after extra time at O'Moore Park.
Ballinakill started strongly and matched the reigning champions throughout a tense encounter filled with missed chances on both sides.
Clough-Ballacolla led 2-9 to 0-13 at halftime thanks to goals from Willie Dunphy and Stephen Bergin, though Ballinakill kept close with frees from Cha Dwyer, who was outstanding throughout.
The teams traded scores in the second half, and despite both sides having goal chances, including a disallowed Clough Ballacolla goal, as the match finished level at 2-14 to 0-20, sending it to extra time.
In extra time, Clough-Ballacolla finally pulled away. Cillian Dunne struck their third goal early on, and they outscored Ballinakill by nine points in the final stretch to secure victory.
Meanwhile, Camross booked their place in the decider after a dominant second half display saw them defeat Rathdowney Errill by 2-21 to 0-15.
The first half was evenly contested, with both sides trading scores throughout.
Despite some missed chances, Camross held a slender 0-9 to 0-8 lead at the break, thanks to points from Eoin Gaughan, Liam Delaney, and Zane Keenan.
After the restart, Rathdowney Errill briefly went in front through Mark Kavanagh and Paddy Purcell, but Camross soon took control.
Mossy (Tomas) Keyes led the charge with a string of points, and their six-point burst turned the tide decisively.
In the final quarter, Camross pulled away with goals from Darren Drennan and Ciaran Collier, sealing a convincing 12 point victory.
They'll now face Clough Ballacolla in two weeks time.
