Laois Star Nominated For Player Of The Year

Clodagh Tynan played a crucial role in bringing Laois to the Intermediate All Ireland Final.

Laois are in the running for this year's Intermediate Camogie Player of the Year.

St Brigid's defender Clodagh Tynan is nominated for the award alongside Antrim pair Éobha McAllister and Roisin McCormick.

It was the Ulster side that ran out convincing winners against the O'Moore County in this year's All Ireland final.

Elsewhere Cork's Laura Hayes and Sorcha McCartan, and Galway's Carrie Dolan make up the nominees for Camogie Senior Player of the Year.

And for the Premier Junior Player of the Year, Ciara Hill and Eimear O'Kane from champions Armagh are nominated, alongside Cavan's Róisín O'Keefe.

For the All Star team, All-Ireland champions Cork dominate with 14 players on the list

Runners-up Galway have 10 nominees, semi-finalists Kilkenny have six and Tipperary have four, while Clare and Waterford have one nominee each.
