Nick Taylor won his home Open with a monster 72 foot putt.
Shane Lowry endured a disappointing end to his Canadian Open yesterday.
The Offaly man started the final round seven shots shy of six players who shared the lead on 12 under par.
Instead of making moves to reel in the group, Lowry bogeyed five of his first eight holes.
Clara's Open Champion of 2019 did manage to get his tournament back under par at the end with three straight birdies on the last three holes.
The tournament was claimed by a home golfer for the first time since 1954.
Nick Taylor beat Tommy Fleetwood in an incredible playoff finish by holing a 72 foot putt.
