Lead-In Period Needed When GAA Resumes, Says Westmeath Star

Both club and county players are training at home due to the restrictions.

Westmeath star Kieran Martin says a minimum lead-in period of three to four weeks will be needed once the GAA resumes. 

Both club and county players are operating on personalised strength and conditioning programmes at the moment. 

GAA Director General Tom Ryan admitted recently that it will have been difficult for members to keep their skills sharp.
