The Tipp man will return as part of Graham Rowntree's backroom team.
Denis Leamy has confirmed his departure from the Leinster backroom team to move back to his home province.
The Tipperary man has developed his coaching expertise with Leinster in recent years, and is currently Contact Skills coach.
However, it's been announced today that Leamy will leave that role at the end of the season to move to Munster as Defence Coach.
He's the latest addition to Graham Rowntree's backroom team before he takes over next season.
Leamy made 144 appearances for Munster as a player, winning Heineken Cup titles in 2006 and 2008.
