It was bound to happen once both qualified.
An old foe will be plotting Leinster's downfall in the semi-final stages of the Heineken Champions Cup.
They've been drawn against Ronan O'Gara and La Rochelle, a game which will take place three weeks from now.
O'Gara's men have only lost once at home this season in the Top 14 and that was against table topping Toulouse in February.
The other last four contest pits Toulouse against Bordeaux in an all French encounter.
