Justin McNulty's side secured a convincing 3-12 to 0-12 point win over neighbours Offaly in O'Connor Park on Saturday night.
Simon Fingleton, Ciaran Burke and Kevin Swayne got the goals for their side, while Evan O'Carroll impressed with 0-5.
The O'Moore County will now face Kildare in the quarter finals this Sunday at St Conleth's Park.
