Offaly Joint Manager Declan Kelly says his side require 'soul searching' following their exit from the Leinster Football Championship.
He watched alongside Mickey Harte as their side fell to a disappointing 3-12 to 0-12 point defeat at home to Laois on Saturday.
The result now means Offaly won't have another championship game until the start of the Tailteann Cup next month.
